Ryusuke Taguchi has been known for using his “Funky Weapon” to his advantage throughout his career and has been doing so in a more revealing way during this year’s Best of the Super Junior tournament. He took things to another level during Night Eight which featured all B Block matches. Taking on Mao, Taguchi’s butt was exposed during a sunset flip. The cameraman cleverly hid what we don’t need to see by focusing on the ropes here and there. Taguchi actually pulled his pants over MAO’s head as he had him in a submission hold. With his head still in Taguchi’s pants MAO managed to break the submission hold, get to his feet and execute a Styles Clash for the win.

Block B leader Nick Wayne suffered his second loss of the tournament. He went for Wayne’s World but Taiji Ishimori caught him in a Code Breaker instead. Ishimori had the Bone Lock applied but Wayne rolled through. Ishimori pinned Wayne with Bloody Cross.
